Nine killed in Oklahoma tornado

In a Oklahoma tornado nine people were killed and forty six were injured. Three people were trapped in a house overnight and then later rescued. About 40 people were unaccounted for a day later. A man was found in the middle of the field was believed to be picked up and dropped in the middle of the field. I feel this like this is a sad and tragic story. I am sorry to all the familes that lost one. Life can come at you unexpetedly sometimes and you just got to keep chuggin.

Steroids

Mark McGwire's brother Jay McGwire told reporters that Mark used steroids. Jay is writing a book about the steroid use titled the McGwire family secret. Jay a body builder said Mark started using them in ninteen ninty four, and he injected Mark with Deca-Durabolin. Mark believes if anyone will forgive it is Mark, he said mark did it to survive. Jay says he is telling out of love for mark. He stated that he wanted Mark to live in truth, to the see the light, to come to repentence, live in freedom, which is the only way to live. Mark repeatedly denied using them however when he testified under oath before congress he wouldn't discuss whether he did or not. Mark said who knows what would have happened if i wouldn't of intoduced him to steroids. He might have had a different carreer. Even though something might be bad at first you should do what is right in the long run because you have to deal with it all the time.

Setting homeless man on fire

A barber was arrested on thursday for setting a homeless man on fire near his work. The barber was identified as a thirty year old man named Benjamin Martin. Martin was aressted about one hundred and twenty miles East of Los Angeles. The man was fifty five years old and his name was John McGraham. Witnesses told police they saw a man chase McGraham then throw liquid on and run. McGraham was burnt on over ninty percent of his body and died at a nearby hospital. The people who gave McGraham food and spare change said he was a quiet, harmless man who liked to drink dr. pepper and listen to a small portable radio. Officals said that Martin held a grudge against the homeless. Martin was convicted of a drug offense that linked him to the killing. Dont do drugs because they can make you do things you dont want to do and they can ruin the rest of you life.

Belgium day care stabbings

An unknown man walked into a Belgium day care center on friday and went on stabbing spree. The man killed two young children, a female worker, and sent ten others to the hospital. The man was arrested at a nearby supermarket, shortly after causing alot of pancing. The attack took place at ten a.m., at a town of about twenty miles North West of Brussles. The two childen that were killed were thought to be 3 years old or younger. The man was injured while being arrested by the police, and was brought to a nearby hospital. The parents of the injured children were brought to the hospital and asked to tell which child is thiers. There was a nearby community center that was used to give counseling to the victimes and those that saw the stabbings. They are going to investigate the security at the center but, they said as soon as the man was let in he stabbed anyone in his vicinity. Life Is dangerous make sure you are aware of your surroundings, and you can never be to safe.

Gunmen kills eight

A gunmen shot eight members of a family, of those eight were a five year old girl and five women. They were killed in an overnight raid of thier home in Iraq's volatile northern Diyala province. The attackers also took two other family members from the house in the village of Maamil near Balad Ruz which is about fifty five miles north of Baghdad. The man reporting the story did not know who was behind the attack or why this family. The attack which took place at eleven thirty p.m, on Thursday was a sad thing to have happen , because it evokes memories of what nearly tore apart iraq in two thousand six and two thousand seven. The family were internal refugees that were poor and worked in brickmaking factories. Life can be takin away from you at anytime so why you still have it , you should enjoy it as much as you can.

dont cut nutrition from your grocery budget

People are starting to cut down on some groceries because prices of food and fuel have both gone up. People have been cutting down on nutritious foods, when that is what they should be eating more of. Things like white bread is cheaper than whole grain bread, and sugar cereals are usually cheaper than grain cereals. If you always buy the cheaper product you may not be eating very healthy. Think of other ways you can spend less than eating worse. If you have to eat out less, as long as it is better for your health. Ways you can improve your healthy shopping is try to limit the snack foods, buy more foods in bulk and buy fresh fruits and vegetables when they are in season. Try to stay away from corn syrup. Although it is in most things , try to avoid it. To eat better think about staying away from sugar which decreases you calories which will decrease your weight. The amonts of money they are talking about are less than the 34 billion dollars that the automakers asked congress for last week. Some people believe that they may need 75 to 125 billion dollars to survive in the long term. Lawmakers fear a recession will get even bigger if gm, ford, or chrystler collapse soon. Critics say market forces ought to determine the fate of the auto industry. In additon to reorganizing and protecting taxpayer investment possible ideas include Car Czar to oversee the bailout and additional concessions. An autoworker said the union was open to moves by chrystler forming an alliance with a rival auto company as long as it saves as many jobs as possible. Automakers all across america are struggling for work everyday and are willing to do anything to get thier job back.
