People are starting to cut down on some groceries because prices of food and fuel have both gone up. People have been cutting down on nutritious foods, when that is what they should be eating more of. Things like white bread is cheaper than whole grain bread, and sugar cereals are usually cheaper than grain cereals. If you always buy the cheaper product you may not be eating very healthy. Think of other ways you can spend less than eating worse. If you have to eat out less, as long as it is better for your health. Ways you can improve your healthy shopping is try to limit the snack foods, buy more foods in bulk and buy fresh fruits and vegetables when they are in season. Try to stay away from corn syrup. Although it is in most things , try to avoid it. To eat better think about staying away from sugar which decreases you calories which will decrease your weight.
